CCTV installation in Sundargarh

Most CCTV quotes in this district are compared on one number: the price of the cameras. That is the number least worth comparing. Here is what actually determines whether a system is still working in three years.

What a four-camera installation costs

A four-camera CP Plus system, installed, starts at ₹12,500. Eight cameras start at ₹24,000. Both are real starting prices for a straightforward site, and both include cabling and labour — not just the boxes.

A plant, a school, a multi-site business or anything needing PTZ or number-plate capture is quoted after a survey, because guessing at that scale produces a number nobody can stand behind.

What should be in the quote

A quote that prices cameras and a recorder, and leaves everything else as "extra", is a quote that will grow. Ours includes the whole job.

  • The cameras, dome or bullet as the site actually needs
  • The DVR, with a surveillance-grade hard disk sized for the recording you want to keep
  • Power supply, connectors and the cabling run — the single biggest hidden cost
  • Mobile and desktop viewing set up on your devices before we leave
  • On-site handover, so somebody at your end knows how to pull footage

Why the hard disk matters more than the camera count

The question people regret not asking is how long the footage is kept. A system that overwrites after four days is no use for an incident discovered on a Monday morning.

That is a function of disk size, camera count and resolution, and it is worth deciding deliberately rather than accepting whatever the installer had in the van. We use surveillance-grade disks, which are built to write continuously — an ordinary desktop drive in a DVR is a failure waiting to happen.

Questions worth asking any installer

  • How many days of footage will this keep, at this resolution?
  • Is the hard disk surveillance-grade, and what size?
  • Who do I call when a camera stops, and how quickly do they come?
  • Is the cabling in the quote, or billed per metre afterwards?
  • Can I view it on my phone from outside the premises?

Where we work

Sundargarh, Rourkela, Jharsuguda, Sambalpur, Deogarh and Bargarh. We fit CP Plus, and we carry the rest of the install — disks, power supplies, switches, routers, cable and connectors — in stock locally, so a survey turns into a working system without waiting on parts.

We also service and repair systems somebody else fitted. If a camera has gone dark or a disk has filled, bring it to us.

Common questions

How much does CCTV installation cost in Sundargarh?
A four-camera CP Plus system starts at ₹12,500 installed and an eight-camera system at ₹24,000, both including cabling and labour. Larger or more complex sites are quoted after a free survey.
How long does installation take?
Usually one day for a four-camera site, including cabling, testing and setting up viewing on your phone.
Do you service systems you did not install?
Yes. We stock the disks, power supplies, cable and connectors for repairs and upgrades on existing systems.
Which brand do you fit?
CP Plus. We would rather know one brand properly — its recorders, its app, its failure modes — than carry five and know none of them well.
